Product Overview
Grooved acoustic panels combine material performance with architectural texture. CNC routing creates precise grooves that break up flat surfaces, add shadow lines, and create visual interest — while the PET material continues to absorb sound.
Unlike decorative MDF or wood slats that require separate acoustic backing, these panels integrate both functions. The groove depth is engineered to maintain acoustic effectiveness while achieving the desired visual effect.
Design Flexibility
- Vertical grooves: Classic linear rhythm, easy to align across large walls
- Horizontal grooves: Emphasize width, common in reception and feature walls
- Diagonal patterns: Dynamic geometry for statement spaces
- Complex carved patterns: Logos, waves, custom geometries from CAD files
- Variable spacing: Tight/loose rhythm for visual movement
Typical Applications
Feature walls in lobbies, conference room accent walls, restaurant partitions, retail brand environments, office corridors, auditorium side walls, exhibition booth panels.
Fabrication Process
We work from your CAD drawings or create patterns based on reference images. CNC routing is precise and repeatable — perfect for multi-panel installations that must align perfectly. Edge quality is clean, ready for direct installation or finishing.
How to Order
Send us your groove pattern (spacing, depth, orientation) along with panel size, quantity, and color. If you have a CAD file, even better. We'll provide a quote, sample panel, and technical drawing for approval before production.
